| • Regardless of whether or not an entrant is selected for the review, materials submitted will NOT be returned, but kept for documentation purposes in the Doc Fest archives, where they may be viewed free of charge. |

• By entering the review, each individual filmmaker or producer is responsible for the content of his work, declares to have transferred all author’s rights to a third party, and explicitly grants authorisation for use of musical and visual material submitted.
Doc Fest may also show short clips or images from submitted entries on television news, television broadcasts and in all promotion and communications related to the review.
Holders of author’s rights also authorize further showings of their works, gratis, for non-profit purposes. |

Subscribers will also be requested to send two pictures related to their film (jpeg 300 dpi). |
